We have a small and dedicated group of staff headed by our experienced Manager Nicky who lives near the village and has been involved for over 15 years. The administration of the preschool is run quietly in the background by a group of parent trustees who also organise some amazing fundraising opportunities through the year, including the annual Bonfire night fireworks and Easter Egg hunt which are massively popular in the village with old and young alike attending!
THE KEYWORKER SYSTEM
Under the Keyworker system, each member of staff has responsibility for a small group of children. The Keyworker monitors the children's learning & development using observations & record keeping. The Keyworker liaises with parents or carers to ensure that each child reaches their full potential in their time with us. We welcome children with special educational needs & disabilities and liaise with all the necessary agencies & specialists to ensure that they settle quickly with the best of care.
With love and care for your children

We are delighted to welcome any help from parents, guardians or volunteers during the week. The children love visitors, particularly when they bring new skills or interests along with them! The children have been lucky enough to have parents visit the preschool who have had a strong interest in gardening, cooking and a multitude of arts and crafts!
